Jasmine Star - Coverage of her London Workshop

Client Job, Training Videos No Comments »

Jasmine Star is an international celebrity in the wonderful world of wedding photography, so it was an honour to be asked to film her first-ever London workshop. Vox-pops were used throughout the piece to help maximise the information delivered to the viewer.

Below is the final clip, and also a few behind-the-scenes photos of us filming:

Carl Barât (ex-Libertines) Private Gig for Philips

Client Job No Comments »

We occasionally film with/for other companies, for some extra special events…and this was certainly a memorable one!

Carl Barât (ex-Libertines) proved he was ‘Obsessed With Sound’ (a campaign run by Philips) at an exclusive, invite-only gig in London on the 22nd July, and we were there to help with the filming.

Car Magazine - McLaren MP4-12C Supercar Group Test Clips

Client Job No Comments »

Car Magazine (www.carmagazine.co.uk) asked us to document their supercar group test, all driven by ex-Stig, Ben Collins.

The McLaren MP4-12C was up against the Ferrari 458, Lamborghini Performante, Mercedes SLS, Audi R8 and Porsche 911, and we were there to film it all.

A whet-your-appetite trailer was required, as well as an extended main clip … and in the first week of being on youtube, they gained over 45,000 views between them!

Introducing … the Glidetrack Hybrid

Client Job No Comments »

We’ve worked with Glidetrack (www.glidetrack.com) since day 1. Infact we had their very first prototype! So what a pleasure it was to be able to be the first to showcase their new Hybrid product.

A rather unique and twisted editing style was used … take a look!

So if you need a completely unique product promo, or corporate film / corporate video, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Esporta - a promo film for their Oxfordshire complex

Esporta asked us to create a slick and contemporary corporate promo video, to then be duplicated to hundreds of DVDs, for Oxfordshire distribution.

We used crane shots, talking heads and dolly track shots, to give it a suitably professional look:

This month, we have just completed a couple of extra corporate promo videos for ‘The Trained Eye‘, a photography training company in Buckinghamshire.

Previous course promos we produced for them can be seen below too:

Testimonials Promo Clip for Web Management UK

Client Job, News/Updates No Comments »

Web Management UK required their services and success to be summed up in a small web clip.  So what better way than through the medium of testimonials, from their previous customers.

Due to the fact the clip could potentially be displayed with no-sound (e.g. at exhibitions), we added subtitle summarizations throughout.

Filming for EasyDry

Client Job, News/Updates No Comments »

We’re always busy filming all sorts of products, people and places…but ‘EasyDry‘ is just one of those products that quite clearly deserves a shout out!

Widely used in the hairdressing industry, they are one-use-only towels that are decidedly more cost-effective, hygienic and eco-friendly than cotton towels. They save on space and are clearly much better for the environment (no laundry costs!).  So it’s no surprise then, that they achieved ‘Winner of Innovation of the Year at the British Hairdressing Business Awards 2009′.

Here are some behind-the-scenes shots from our recent shoot.

Oakleaf Enterprise - Interview Techniques

Client Job No Comments »

Oakleaf Enterprise approached us again, this time requiring a 10 minute video, highlighting the ‘rights and wrongs’ during interview processes.

We used a skilled actress to play the part of the interviewee, however only minor storyboarding was used with the deliberate intention of keeping interview responses as natural as possible.

This film piece will be used by Oakleaf in group discussions and one-to-one scenarios, to help future job candidates enhance their own interview techniques.
